Cake as pictured is a 7", this deeper cake includes 2 cakes, if cut separately (in half horizontally) this will give you around 28 1 x 2" pieces or less if cut in wedges.
A 6" will give you around 26.
An 8" will give you around 46.
A 9" around 56.
