Purchasing & Shipping Information
We hope you enjoying using our online shop!
We have included most of the products available in our retail shop located in Manukau. You're welcome to drop by if you're in the area and browse through our selection of decorating supplies in person.
Delivery costs are a flat rate of $6 or FREE for orders over $70.
Payments are receivable by credit card, debit card or bank deposit. Our bank account is BNZ 02 0358 0121931 01 use the reference number provided in the checkout process so we can link the payment to you & send your products out. Your statement will show Celebration Cakes.
If you pay by bank deposit, please make your payment within 5 business days of ordering.
We know how exciting it is to have new toys so we endeavor to have orders sent out as soon as possible! You should receive your new decorating supplies within 3 business days of your payment registering. Payments made by bank deposit can take up to a couple of days to come through or longer if you order on a weekend so delivery times may be closer to 5 business days from ordering. Rural addresses will lengthen the delivery time by a day or so.
Addresses are all to be a physical address- our courier doesn't deliver to a P.O.Box.
If you have items you need urgently (within two business days of ordering) please contact us before placing your order. Generally we are only able to do this for our customers in the Auckland area.
If our courier company advises us of any delays we will let you know- and offer a refund if the delay is unreasonably long.
If you make an order and find you need to cancel it you must contact us by phone (09 2793350) within two business hours of ordering so we can refund your payment. For example- if you order on Monday evening, just let us know by 10.30am on Tuesday as we open at 8.30 on week days & close at 5. We like to get packages out as soon as we can this is why we need to know as soon as possible. If you contact us after this time, we may still be able to cancel your order as long as it hasn't already been dispatched. If it has been packaged but not picked up, we can still refund minus a restocking fee.
Please choose your items carefully, because as these are all products to be used with food we don't provide a refund if you change your mind. Please contact us by phone (09 2793350) or email (email@example.com) if you are unsure about any of our products & our helpful staff can advise you.
Please check all packages before signing as the courier company deems the package to be received in good condition once it's signed. If an item is faulty or arrives damaged please inform us by phone or email within 3 days of the package arriving. If an item is faulty we will replace or refund as per consumer regulations. We may send a courier bag to return products or require a photo to refund or replace.
Currently we are only sending product within NZ through our online shop. If you are in the Pacific Islands and would like any of our products, please contact us by email with a list of items you would like & we can give you a quote for shipping, as long as you are able to make a credit card payment. We only send to NI & SI mainland addresses.
