Our bake only cakes are our madeira range which is a light textured cake, a bit heavier than a sponge. They work well with any kind of icing & are firm enough for fondant.
They're the most popular cakes we make & we've been baking them for decades :-)
Cakes are around 6-7 cm high, two can be used for a deeper effect.
Not suitable for people with food allergies.
*A cake board must be bought in to put a cake this size on to take home.
