Please read all of the following info before ordering, if you would like a delivery :-)
Orders can be collected from our shop in Papatoetoe (pick up is recommended) or delivered- delivery could be any time on Wednesday the 14th, our usual time slots don't apply. Our delivery company have a huge volume of deliveries & work from early in the morning through to the evening. They try to make sure business addresses are delivered to before closing but they can't guarantee this- if your delivery is to a business please add the business name and also the time they close in the notes. If they can't deliver in time it will be delivered the following day.
We can also arrange delivery the day before which will be our standard delivery slots & will allow delivery to you or as an early gift to your valentine.
For residential addresses- the driver may leave the delivery in a safe place if there is no one home. If you would like it left in a certain area, eg the porch please add this to the notes. It will need to be somewhere out of the sun.
Please note that because of the above, no refunds will be given for orders not delivered in a certain timeframe. We won't be able to trace orders on the day.
Please add the recipient's details in the shipping info & your details in the billing, including name & phone number.
For a delivery- there is enough room on the card to write the recipient's name & who it is from- please let us know in the notes if you'd like the sender's name to be added- if this isn't filled out it will just have the recipient's name so they won't know who it's from.
