The last thing anyone wants it to get sick, being in the food business there are things we do every day to keep the risk down.
Such as-
- Regular hand washing and/or sanitizing.
- Sanitizing work surfaces.
- Wrapping food items.
- Cough hygiene.
- Wearing hair nets.
With Covid we have added a few extra measures.
- Wearing masks.
- Twice daily sanitizing of commonly touched items such as our phones, the eftpos machine, door handles etc.
- We now have our industrial extractor fan on throughout opening hours to ensure a good airflow- you can actually hear the wind whistling in through our front doors.
- Staff with any cold symptoms are stuck on email duty from home.
